ubuntu 11.04 server 安装到低配置笔记本

偶一台老式IBM笔记本的配置：P3 1133Hz，256M RAM，

1、下载ubuntu-11.04-server-i386.iso，

然后从http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/natty/main/installer-i386/current/images/hd-media/中下载initrd.gz和vmlinuz

将此三个文件放入C盘，从硬盘启动。

安装过程按步骤进行即可。其中会配置网络，以及选择需要安装的package。

2、安装完成后，在grub里面看不到xp了，从recovery模式中进入，用grub选项将grub重新update一下，然后重启就有了xp选项了。

3、修改更新源：

sudo vi sources.list

将里面的源修改为sohu的镜像

deb-src http://mirrors.shlug.org/ubuntu/ natty-proposed universe main multiverse restricted
deb http://mirrors.shlug.org/ubuntu/ natty-backports universe main multiverse restricted
deb-src http://mirrors.shlug.org/ubuntu/ natty-backports universe main multiverse restricted
deb-src http://mirrors.shlug.org/ubuntu/ natty-updates universe main multiverse restricted

更新：sudo apt-get update

安装lubuntu：sudo apt-get install lxde

安装lubuntu的桌面：sudo apt-get install lubuntu-desktop

卸载kde，xdm，gdm等其他图形化界面：sudo apt-get remove xdm gdm xubuntu-desktop ubuntu-desktop

重启进入lubuntu的界面。升级到最新系统即可。
