定位mldonkey配置文件download.ini的错误信息

出现这个错误：Syntax error while parsing file downloads.ini at pos 13860:(Stream.Error(“”))

明确位置在13860，网上说用emacs可以定位，另有高人用命令行直接定位，参考：
